Is anyone really going to be sad when 2020 is in the rear view mirror in 22 days? The new year has to be better if for no other reason we are adapting to  the "New Norm". I cannot believe I just wrote that overused phrase. I apologize. Now down to business.

All the web sites are still under renewal. Lots of Customer Service and Tech Help is being done at home and not in the office. Changes vs Outages are not a high priority and is very slow.
