No Post Since October Says It All

Not posting for 60 days means the construction and real estate work here is active to say the least.

ICM continues to work as a Project Management and Construction Consultant. We are licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Currently we are involved in an automated warehouse in the Spartanburg, S.C. area and negotiating work in Shelby and Marion as well as Gastonia.

The currently constructed Flex Space we have developed is 100% occupied. We actually have an informal wait list so we are exploring development of additional Space.

Some of the Real Estate Investment LLC's we are involved in have prime opportunities in SE Gastonia on Union Road and at Exit 22 of I-85 in Lowell.

A Lot Happens In 90 Days in Construction & Real Estate

After the BioGas Plant which converts waste food into biomethane for conversion to electricity ICM is doing Construction Consulting on an automated warehouse of approximately 56,000 Sf. The common thread is both by Italian Companies and both involve the Italian engineering company 8 Partners and Salvatore Ottana.I hope to have Site pictures soon for the warehouse which just broke ground with footings the first week in May. Weather Has Delayed Construction and Only 1 Unit To Rent

Starting in November the BioGas Project got significantly delayed  due to weather. We had 20 days of rain in November and December. Add the Holidays and everyone is hoping for a quick Spring.
