Year End Thoughts- Commercial Real Estate & Construction

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - Work continues on the BioGas Facilty for Bluesphere (Orbit Energy LLC) for Auspark LLC.



In addition we are setting the permanent Administrative Office for the Facility for Auspark LLC and Bluesphere.



Early in 2016 ICM will be ready to use our experience for another Construction Management Challenge. ICM has Building-Highway-Water/Sewer Utility Licensing. Licensed in SC & GA as well.

Delays in Posts Caused By Concentration on BioGas Plant

Long time between posts caused by my concentration on the BioGas Project in Charlotte, NC.


This has been hard work with many entities as clients, Austep, Auspark, Orbit Energy Charlotte, Bluesphere and Entrophy, but a great Project. My understanding is this could be the largest BioGas Electrical Generation Plant in the Eastern United States. We should be finishing this Project as the year ends. Let us bring our experience to work for you in 2016.

Licensed in Georgia

ICM is now licensed in GA as a General Contractor. One of the benefits to this licensing is that Samuel J. Fleeman, Jr. passed the National Association of State Contractor Licensing Authorities Test making him eligible for multiple state licenses without retesting.

Currently ICM is licensed in NC / SC / GA and able to provide construction management services in all three states. For development work Samuel J. Fleeman, Jr. is a licensed Real Estate Broker in those same three states.

My State of the Union Commercial Real Estate/Construction Gaston County



A 1,500 Sf Unit unexpectedly came open on Jan. 19th and was re-leased by Feb 3rd. I think that seems to indicate a growing demand for small business spaces. Construction Management Creates Value
